Ingredients
Epsom salts (USP Grade) 4 tablespoons (60 gr)
Olive oil (for best results ozonate it for 30 minutes) ½ cup (120 ml) (light olive oil is easier to get down)
Fresh squeezed lemon juice

 

four or five, enough to squeeze ½ cup  juice (120 ml)
Courage or surgery….
Metal straw easier to drink the liquids with it. non plastic straws please, get yourself a metal straws! #stopsucking
